Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

Refunds
